Founded in the heart of Richmond Hill, GA, just outside of Savannah, Sea Steps Pediatric Therapy was created to give families better access to more intensive, specialized, evidence-based care in a warm and supportive environment. We believe that progress happens when therapy is individualized, intentional, and filled with encouragement.

At Sea Steps, we understand that no two children, or journeys, are alike. That's why we take the time to truly know your child and their strengths, challenges, and what motivates them. Our therapists combine clinical skill with creativity and play to make therapy sessions fun, engaging, and effective.
We also know that families are the heart of progress. We partner with you to ensure therapy goals align with real-life needs and that strategies carry over into home, school, and community settings.
Gina, founder of Sea Steps Pediatric Therapy, earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University.
Karli is a dog lover from Lawrenceville, GA. She earned her B.S. from the University of Georgia with a minor in Spanish, and later completed her M.S. at Armstrong State University (now Georgia Southern).
Viviana (“Vivi”) is an Occupational Therapist who earned her Master’s degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
Chelsey Durham has been an OT for over eight years, and I received her Master's degree in occupational therapy from the University of St. Augustine.
