
Gina, founder of Sea Steps Pediatric Therapy, earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University and has extensive experience working with children in-home, community and hospital based settings, including Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She is passionate about helping children with complex medical conditions reach meaningful milestones through indvidualized, evidence-based care. Gina is certified in DMI (Level A & B), Amtryke Evaluation and Fitting, Universal Exercise Unit (spider cage), Lite-gait and body-weight supported gait training, serial casting and TMR. She has experience working with a variety of diagnosis, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, down syndrome, autism, torticollis, hypotonia, toe-walking, and developmental delays.

Karli is a dog lover from Lawrenceville, GA. She earned her B.S. from the University of Georgia with a minor in Spanish, and later completed her M.S. at Armstrong State University (now Georgia Southern).
She has clinical experience across the lifespan, with a special passion for supporting children and their families. Karli is committed to being neuro-affirming and inclusive for neurodivergent kiddos, and brings the perspective of being late-diagnosed with ADHD. Her pediatric experience includes speech sound and language intervention for Spanish-speaking families, AAC funding and care team coaching, auditory-verbal training for Deaf/HOH children, and sensory-rich therapy activities that support communication learning. She’s especially passionate about parent and family coaching to build confidence and carry progress into everyday life. Karli is trained in PROMPT, LAMP Words for Life, TouchChat, TD Snap, and the IDDSI Framework. She holds Georgia SLP licensure, the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, and AHA CPR Basic Life Support certification.
Her favorite part of being an SLP is building relationships, making therapy fun, and helping clients laugh—and outside of work, she enjoys cooking, beach days, working out, and time with her dogs, Poof and Lola.
Viviana (“Vivi”) is an Occupational Therapist who earned her Master’s degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
With over 10 years of experience working with children across a variety of settings, her background spans the lifespan and multiple pediatric specialties, including behavioral therapy, sensory integration, fine motor development, infant milestones, neurodevelopment, and pediatric biomechanics. Vivi is bilinguals, PAMs trained, has completed Pelvic Function Level 1 training, and she also brings experience in orthopedic care- helping connect therapy to real-life function across a wide range of needs. She’s deeply passionate about helping children and families feel supported, empowered, and confident as they work toward meaningful everyday goals.
Her favorite part of her work is seeing the joy on kiddos’ faces when they connect with us and realize therapy can be fun. In her downtime, she loves to sing, read, and travel- She recently went to Iceland!
